Flexitags are a great product that I've bought before. Love the range of colours so was happy to be able to match with a new collar. Fantastic customer service when there was a hitch with delivery. I set out to buy a silent, streamlined tag for my puppy as I don't like the rattling of a traditional tag and don't want it to snag on anything and come off. These tags are absolutely perfect, really clear engraving and a lovely choice of colours. What really sets them apart is the service! Karen got in touch with me to check the size I'd ordered was correct, and made the new tag for me exactly as I needed it - smaller, but with all the text on. I even got a refund for the price difference - simply outstanding customer service!
