Not only are these collar and leads lovely colours they’re wipe clean, comfortable to use, but also very resistant to being chewed through! The price is great and because the id tag is riveted to the collar I don’t have to keep replacing lost tags. Highly recommend

The two dogs I walk are so active they lose conventional tags like confetti. As I was feeling pleased with myself fitting Nala the Boxer’s new Flexitag a week ago I realised Zoë the Sprocker had again ripped off her latest ID disc so it was back on the computer to order a further Fexitag. I’m confident these have solved the problem and they look really smart and legible. When I ordered Nala’s I received messages from Betty Poo double checking the size. Very friendly helpful personal service. Dealing with actual people not a faceless firm.
I ordered a replacement collar (my current one was 2 and a half years old and just starting to show some very slight signs of wear) on a Sunday afternoon. On the Monday morning at 8:30am I had a message from Karen just confirming the correct size of collar for my dog and an hour later a dispatched email was received. I had my collar the following day - amazing service! The collar is as brilliant as my last one and my dog is very happy to wear it. The original engraved tag from two and a half years ago is still looking like new and I only had to order a replacement silicone band around 8mths ago. I would highly recommend these collars and non-jangly tags, I just wish I’d found them sooner!
Since discovering flexi tags. The fit on to my dogs collars and stays there. Gives me as an owner knowing if my pouch wonders off all ther details to return them safely and quickly are easily accessible.
