UK SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES (updated 16.1.26)

  • All Flexitag orders shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated delivery once shipped can be up to 10 business days: £1.95. 
  • Flexitag orders Royal Mail 1st Class estimated delivery once shipped 1-2 days: £2.95.
  • All Collar & Lead orders shipped via Royal Mail Small Parcel 2nd Class, estimated delivery once shipped up to 10 business days: £3.45.
  • Collar & Lead orders shipped via Royal Mail Small Parcel 1st Class, estimated delivery once shipped 1-2 days: £4.95

Flexitags processing times:

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (unless stated otherwise) An email will be sent once your order is shipped.

On international orders, please note:

  • Postage costs displayed at checkout
  • The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and other local importation charges. 
  • We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product from outside the UK.
  • We will accept returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
