I was txted by Karen to check the collar size I wanted to put it on and it turns out I had ordered wrong size which could have broken so this was amended and the correct size sent to me much than expected.
Lovely tag! Energetic border terrier so much more practical than the dangly metal ones. Amazing service as well, contacted me before making to check whether I wanted my phone number on and I hadn’t realised I’d missed that! Really appreciated it and would definitely buy from here again.
I bought these tags as my dogs keep losing their other style ones and it is costing me a fortune to keep replacing them,these tags are great as they lie flush with their collars so there is less chance of them getting caught and or lost,perfect for three busy Labradors
I ordered some replacement bands for my dogs’ flexitags, as one of them had broken. They arrived quickly, despite the somewhat erratic Royal Mail deliveries!

We are really happy with the 3m walking lead - the colours great and the quality of the fixings is good. We are adopting a rescue dog and are unsure of her recall so this will give her plenty of lead room on walks to the park etc. We have purchased a few times from you and have always been really happy with the products - thanks .

just what I was looking for. my dogs been wearing a standard collar for 10 years. I had heard of accidents happening but until I saw my own dog get into a mishap with her collar I didnt think much about getting her a easy escape collar. there isn't much choice out there. found this company and when making contact with these guys they were really helpful. item was just what I was after for my dog. they even emailed to double check measurements before sending item out. great product. good quality and the dog feels less naked. really helpful and professional.

I ordered the bright green adjustable collar for my dog. I’m definitely not disappointed with the colour choice! It’s a lovely bright green with our contact details deeply etched in a black plate.

Great service, had a collar and tag fir 5 years now which is good as new but needed tags to put on a luminous for thr dark mornings and night. Flexi mentions to contact then if we needed it quicker and the tags were here 2 days later , really great customer service.
I bought two of these flexi tags after my dogs bolted in the woods and were missing for what seemed a lifetime. The flexi tags were recommended to me and have been the best purchase ever, lovely colour choice, lots of space for wording and fit securely with no dangling. Will be purchasing more. Arrived quickly, looks good, fits securely on collar and it's light weight. Perfect for my active adventure loving dog. I would highly recommend the Flexitag.
Our new pup hated the dangling tags, so the flexitag is perfect. I maybe chose a bad colourway so the text is a bit hard to read, but I think it will wear well. I'll need to get another for her spare collar and chose better this time!

I've bought tags multiple times from Betty Poo as the quality is so good for the price and they come impressively quickly! (even in the run up to Christmas). I'd recommend buying spare bands as we did have one snap during some rough play with other dogs.

Two tags ordered for my dogs harness and collar, quality/finish is excellent, can’t comment on the longevity of the rubber hoops but hoping they stand the test of time! Ordering and delivery was easy and fast. As the tags lie flat and don’t hang like traditional tags they are silent and very subtle.
I forgot in the chaos of moving, daughter pointed it out! Quickly ordered new ones and now firmly fixed of our dogs collars!
