We purchased these to replace the previous band that our dog had been wearing for a few years.
Customer service was excellent , we ordered the wrong size and this was altered before they were delivered.

Bought the small one for a 9 week old Cockapoo puppy. It’s quite discreet. Lays flat on the collar and doesn’t rattle when the dog is wearing it. So it’s calmer and more comfortable. It looks really good and I will definitely continue to buy these as needed and will recommend. I bought the Purple one with pale pink tags to add to a pale pink collar.

My dog’s tag broke after much wear - ordered new tag and priority mail and it arrived next day - very smart tag and great service

Bought a black reflective collar and flexitag for one our cocker spaniels who had lost ANOTHER tag! We were so impressed with the quality that we ordered another two identical collars and tags for our other two spaniels! The reflection is very impressive and means we can walk them in the dark without the need for any additional accessories 😊. My favourite bit though is no more noise from rattling dog tags 🤣

Barney’s flexitag had snapped (over 5 years old) and i was pleased to br abld to order 2 for a discounted price. Drlivery said it would be longer than it was. Delighted with the colours and Barney’s happy (very noise sensitive so the flexitag is perfect)

This identity tag is so much better then the traditional disc, as it sits flush on the collar and doesn’t get caught incorrectly by the lead, which we are constantly having to replace the ring it goes on, and they are never strong enough. It gives us confidence that our dog will always have his identity tag on his collar

I ordered 2 flexitags because my collie tends to lose traditional disc tags. These are really easy to attach to the collar, look really smart and are nice and flush with nothing to get caught anywhere.
There was a slight error with one of the phone numbers, but it was dealt with so quickly. Many many thanks.

I needed a temporary tag for a puppy collar until my boy gets his big dog collar. I’m so pleased with it that I’m reconsidering my usual choice of printed collar and will probably get these tags instead for all my dogs.
