I wish I'd have bought these earlier as I've lost so many dangly tags. My boy has been getting plenty of compliments while out at the parks and on his walks so I hope I'm sending more customers your way :)

The delivery was quick with no errors. The product is ideal. I don't know how well the silicone bands will stand up to the rough and tumble of being a young Labrador but I ordered a spare.

I needed a M/L Flexitag for my dog’s collar but unfortunately my address was too long to fit the allocated lines and characters. I contacted Bettpoo and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They replied within 10 minutes asking me to put what I needed in the additional notes box on the website. I received my Flexitag a few days later and it was perfect. In my opinion the Flexitag is a much neater, smarter and more importantly safer option to a traditional dog tag. It is far less likely to get caught, damaged and lost or worse get caught and the dog be stuck by its collar and panic. I’d highly recommend Bettpoo and the Flexitag

Bought an adjustable collar for our 1 year old **** jumping sea swimming water loving Labrador. I was contacted to confirm neck size and age of dog. Karen recommended a size to suit and 48hrs later the collar arrived

Excellent service, easy to replace the silicone bands

Needed two different sizes and wasn’t sure whether they’d fit the dogs collars but each tag fitted perfectly. It’s so good not to have tags clanging on the dogs food bowls.
Delivery was fast.

No complaints at all.

All my dogs wear these and when the puppy caught his on the fence and split the band, I wanted a couple of spares "just in case".

Love the quality and that it must be so much more comfy to wear than a dangly tag.

Third time of ordering, so that should tell you something. The tags are clear and fit the collars and stay on!

These are great i.d. Tags for nervous dogs. No more clanging on the bowl when drinking or eating and sit nice and flat on the collar. Great service as always.
