I needed to order a couple of new silicone bands - spaniel tested it to breaking point 🙄 - came within 2 days of ordering, very reasonably priced. These tags & bands are way better than the dangly dog tags IMO. Just excellent all round 👍🏻
Great customer service. They even contacted me personally to clarify something and then gave me a partial refund even though it was my mistake. Arrived quickly, fits perfectly and as discrete and doesn’t bother the dog.

I bought a spare silicone band for my dogs tag, it’s perfect.
I ordered a medium and an XL tag for my spaniel. The website was super easy to use and I love that I get to choose the colours of the tag and the attachment thingy. The order went through immediately, and not a day later I got a text from the shop, asking whether I was sure that I wanted the XL order. It seems that past customers werent aware that with a larger tag area, the attachment thing is larger too. Since we have a "hiking collar" for our dog, which is super big, very chunky, and bright orange, I purposefully ordered the XL tag to make sure I can attach it to that collar. I really appreciated that they reached out to me to make sure, as I am sure a lot of people might have gotten confused in the past. It just shows the attention given to each order by the owners! Have never bought these separately before I found them very difficult to attach to the engraved part, and was scared I would break it with the amount of force I had to use. However I am elderly.
I love flexi tags and have used them afew times and have the collar too. Great products and I love that the tag fits flush. Always great service. With a really fast turn around. Keep doing what you are doing 😊😊
