Best collars and flexibands ever!

From asking the question for right size flexi tag to receiving the flexi tags I couldn’t have asked for better service and quality of product! My question was answered immediately and the tags arrived as quickly as possible when relying on Royal Mail. Sadly I won’t require Betty Poo again because the tag lasts for years!

We were contacted as we’d previously ordered large & I had ordered x large, an adjustment was made & the order promptly sent out with a refund following. Brilliant service & attention to detail & the product is good too. Thank you

Meant to order made to order collar but managed to order adjustable by mistake. Still great collar.

Fits perfectly, looks brilliant

We have ordered these before and they lasted well - the new ones are even better. The material is softer and more pliable so easier to adjust. Great choice of colours

Absolutely love these. Lots of different colours to match the collars and they fit snugly so no rubbing the dogs coats or irritating them. Very easy to fit even with my arthritic fingers :-)

The flexitag fits perfectly and the engraving is clear. As I had made a mess of the information, Karen bothered to sort it out and send me a picture to check that it was ok. So impressed!

These are a great, safer alternative to the typical dangly tag. Very happy with the quality of these tag and they are reasonably priced. I would buy again.

I am very pleased with my flexitag and the new silicone band that I ordered. Very prompt and efficient delivery. The first silicone band broke after two weeks but the new one seems to be ok.
