Ordered 2 spare bands and they came very quickly. I love the flexi tags and have had several for various dogs and collars over a few years. They don’t “ jangle” and small dogs can’t catch their feet in them! ( which is why I purchased in the first place when the yorkie caught her claw in a ring and couldn’t get free)

Really lovely collar the 3rd one I’ve brought, for my previous dog and then one for a puppy which she has now grown out off. Love that there’s no dangly name tag, so easy to clean too. Great service and a phone call to check the order before sending it out. Brilliant.

Simple, stylish and effective
Simply put: We love these tags. They're super easy to fit on our dog's collar. They stay in place and aren't noisy, like old school tags. There are a variety of sizes to choose from, which fit various common collar widths and accomodate different amounts of copy.
The tags are quite durable, as well. We like to have a few on hand, just in case something happens. However, our pup still has the first tag we bought him, almost 3 years ago.
